Kilbrannan is a beautiful modern bungalow in its own garden situated in the elevated position of Braes, approx 1 & 1/2 miles from the centre of Ullapool. With double-glazing and central heating throughout, this house offers luxurious accommodation for up to 6 people (Travel Cot also available, please ask when making a booking, High Chair also available). WiFi has recently been installed at Kilbrannan and the price per week includes access to this. Please ask for further details. Although Kilbrannan is only 1 and 1/2 miles from Ullapool, there is an excellent Taxi service in Ullapool, so book Kilbrannan today!

On one level throughout, Kilbrannan Ullapool offers many well-appointed fittings and stunning views towards the surrounding mountain ranges and with a large Pine Forest behind the house, you can relax and enjoy the countryside right on your doorstep. Kilbrannan is ideally situated to ensure a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 Master bedroom with a view south to the hills and En-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a separate family bathroom with bath). A south-facing Lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Satellite TV (Freesat from Sky) gives great hill views too, Dining Kitchen with patio doors to private enclosed garden, Family Bathroom with bath and hand held shower and Utility Room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Prices are inclusive of Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels. Kilbrannan offers an ideal base for Ullapool, as well as for hill-walking, a Trip to the Western Isles (from Ullapool), fishing (available locally) or as a base for touring the Highlands. In Ullapool itself, there are many amenities, such as: Leisure Centre / Swimming Pool, Boat Trips, Museum / Visitor Centre, 9-hole Golf course, Supermarket, Cafés and Restaurants, and a variety of local craft, gift, book and art shops.
