Kilbrannan is a beautiful modern bungalow in its own garden situated in the elevated position of Braes, 1 mile south of Ullapool. With double-glazing and central heating throughout, this house offers luxurious accommodation for up to 6 people.

On one level throughout, this house offers many well-appointed fittings and stunning views towards Loch Broom and the surrounding mountain ranges. Kilbrannan is ideally situated to ensure a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double with a view of Loch Broom and En-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms with a separate family bathroom with bath). There is also a south-facing Lounge with TV, Video, DVD and Satellite TV (Sky), Dining Kitchen with patio doors to private garden, Family Bathroom with bath and shower and Utility Room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Prices are inclusive of Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels. Kilbrannan offers an ideal base for Ullapool, as well as for hill-walking, a Trip to the Western Isles (from Ullapool), fishing (available locally) or as a base for touring the Highlands. In Ullapool itself, there are many amenities, such as: Leisure Centre / Swimming Pool, Boat Trips, Museum / Visitor Centre, 9-hole Golf course, Supermarket, Cafés and Restaurants, and a variety of local craft, gift, book and art shops.
